Sabrina’s face lit up.
This was a new model, the best laptop that was specialized for design work. Being so thin and beautiful, how could she not like it?
To her, laptops were even more of a luxury than cameras. At the very least, within the last half year, or the last year, or even the last two years, she had never even considered buying a laptop.
"I... I... I like it." The usually cold Sabrina could not calm herself down. She had not even finished speaking before she started to gulp.
She was a little disappointed in herself.
Sabrina unwittingly scratched her head. She was unable to stop herself from pursing her lips and smiling as she said, "Am I not a bit stupid?"
Sebastian was speechless. He had never seen her like this before. She was finally acting like a twenty year old now. The way she smiled was silly and sweet, resembling an innocent baby.
The man did not answer, merely pushing the laptop toward Sabrina as he said, "Keep it."
Then he left.
With his bathrobes still on, Sabrina could tell that he had just showered not look ago. He had probably sat
there after that waiting for her. His hair was not how h e usually styled it, straight and hard to the point that i t was scary. 2
His hair now hung softly and naturally, resting on his forehead, covering up half of his eyebrows and his deep, bottomless pupils. He did not look as cold as usual.
Sabrina recalled that just five hours ago, he had one arm around her, his palm covering her eyes and ears a s the other arm reached out the window, wielding a brutal weapon to exterminate a person. 1
Somehow, from that moment on, she was no longer afraid of him.
She lowered her head abruptly, letting out a faint smile before saying in a playful tone, "The way you look right now is adorbs." 1
With that, Sabrina hugged the laptop before running into her bedroom.
The man was stunned as he was left behind alone.
