Substitute Bride and Her Husband Who Disappeared novel Chapter 163

Nancy didn't expect that it would be so smooth this time. It felt unreal to her.

The closer she was to Noah, the more nervous she became. Even though Noah was in a vegetative state and couldn't see her at all, she still nervously and excitedly ran her hand through her hair and straightened her clothes.

Vivian rolled her eyes and said, "Nancy, can you stop dawdling? What are you doing? If someone who didn't know the situation saw you, they would think you're going on a blind date!"

Nancy ignored her and turned to Luna, anxiously asking, "Luna, how do I look? Is my hair messy? Are my clothes..."

Luna smiled and patted her shoulder, "You look good just like this. Go in."

"Okay."

Nancy calmed down a bit, clenched her hands by her sides, and walked in without hesitation.

This was a two-bedroom suite. Nancy saw a living room upon entering, and she could see all the decorations at a glance. There was nothing special, and she didn't pay much attention. She turned into a narrow corridor that led to the bedrooms.

There were three doors in the corridor. Nancy walked to the first door, which was different from the other two doors. It was obviously the bathroom. She paused for a moment and then turned to stand in front of another door.

She knew that someone was taking care of Noah here, so instead of directly pushing the door open, she gently knocked on it.

There was no sound from inside...

The driver behind her said, "The caregiver might be out. Otherwise, she would have heard and greeted us."

Although he said so, the driver still looked admiringly at Nancy. Even in such an excited state, she could still maintain her manners, indicating that Nancy had a good upbringing and schooling.

Nancy nodded and didn't hesitate anymore. She held onto the doorknob, turned it forcefully, and opened the door.
