Summon of The Sword novel Chapter 1053

"What is it? What are you doing?"

Jon was stunned as he panicked immediately.

However, the men had no intention of explaining and simply restrained Jon.

"Okay! So you're blatantly in cahoots with Sean.

"What are you arresting me for?"

Jon struggled hard, his face unconvinced.

Click!

There was a loud click. Jon's hands were twisted behind him and handcuffed.

Before Quill knew it, he received the same treatment as Jon.

"This is an approved arrest warrant for both of you.

"I can tell you clearly that you are under arrest."

The staff held up an arrest warrant and shook it in front of Jon's eyes.

Jon was dumbfounded when he saw the stamped arrest warrant.

It was now a big deal!

They even brought an arrest warrant. It was already a criminal matter!

"Who... Who are you to..."

Before Jon could finish speaking, he was pushed into the car.

Quill and Jon sat in two separate cars and were taken to the government building.

...

The government office.

Jon and Quill were interrogated separately.

However, Jon was uncooperative no matter what the other person asked.

"What right have you to arrest me?

"I indeed owe money, but I have a loan contract with them.

"It's all written in the contract. Even if I can't pay it for the moment, it's mostly a civil dispute."

Jon sneered in his chair as if he knew the law.

"This is a 300-million-dollar business fraud, yet you call it a civil dispute.

"Even if it's a civil dispute, do you think you'll be okay?"

One of the staff looked at Jon solemnly.

"I didn't say I won't pay it, so it's not a business scam.

"Where's the proof that I'm a fraud?"

Jon shook his head, denying it.

"Since we've arrested you, it means we have enough evidence.

"Someone reported you, got it?"

The staff shook their heads slightly with some sarcasm in their eyes.

"What proof? What report?"
