After all that, they had to live in Blaze's shadow for a while.
"I'm telling you this only to tell you that I haven't forgotten.
"But now is not the time. If I take you to Blaze and ask for an explanation now, do you think he'll give me back my position?"
Sean asked Zander, half-jokingly.
"No way."
Zander shook his head without hesitation.
In Sean's current state, he was probably not even qualified to see Blaze.
Of course, many of Sean's soldiers were loyal.
Therefore, if Sean returned, many warriors would choose to return to him.
However, what did it matter even so?
Blaze had replaced Sean. Though he was not yet nine-star, he was an eight-star commander.
He led millions of the Northwest's troops.
Disobeying him would be disobeying Dragon Kingdom.
Blaze had every right to kill Sean and those soldiers as rebels.
Sean had not shown up for two years. How many people would stick with him?
Thirty thousand people?
One hundred thousand people?
Or 300,000 people?
However, there would be casualties if they confronted each other.
They would kill each other, and the foreign bandits would be happy to take advantage of the situation.
It was not something Sean wanted to see.
He was going to take down Blaze without a fight.
Then he would bounce back and regain what Dragon Kingdom had lost in the last two years.
"It's great that you understand.
"I won't be in River City for long.
"Blaze won't let me spend the rest of my life here in peace."
Sean smiled and hung up.
He had already planned his return to the army.
He just had not implemented it yet.
