Summon of The Sword novel Chapter 1313

Sean became more puzzled and slowly turned to look at May.

May's face was full of struggle, shame, and grievance.

Sean could tell May must have something she had trouble telling.

The two caretakers probably suspected May of misappropriating the goods.

"I thought something bad happened.

"It's gone, so what?"

Sean stepped forward slowly and helped May fix her washed-out clothes.

The action made May feel at ease instantly.

"What?"

The two caretakers froze at Sean's comment.

Even May looked up at Sean in shock.

She had expected Sean to question her about the supplies as the two caretakers did.

"I said, so what if it's gone?

"What's the big deal?

"And why accuse Aunt May when the supplies are gone?"

Sean frowned slightly. His eyes were a little impatient as he even glared at Caitlyn.

"Brother... I didn't mean to accuse Aunt May.

"It's just that Aunt May won't tell me anything. I thought Aunt May would tell you if you came."

Caitlyn waved her hand and explained.

She did not ask Sean over to criticize May.

After all these years of living with May, how could she not know her character and personality?

No matter how difficult it is, there was no way May would keep the goods donated by charitable people as her own.

"Mr. Lennon, these supplies are for the orphanage, after all, so we have the right..."

The caretaker also wanted to say something.

However, they were interrupted by Sean with a wave of his hand when they had just started speaking.

"Listen, you have no right.

"I gave those things to my Aunt May.

"She can use them for the orphanage if she wants.

"She can use them for herself. How she uses them and what she uses them for are nobody else's business.
