Summon of The Sword novel Chapter 1937

Besides having a noble identity, Sherleen was the head of the Yale family and Clinton, Sherman, and Lola's mother.

In terms of age, Sherleen was also Sean's elder.

Thus, she thought she had given Sean face by submitting to him.

Even then, Sean sat quietly and did not even look at her.

Sherleen got mad and snapped, "Sean, don't go too far! Don't think that no one can cure my father but you!"

Zander nearby sneered and said, "If you put it that way, we might as well get out of here."

Zander turned to look at Sean and said with a smile, "Commander, let's leave and see what they're gonna do."

Sherman instantly became alarmed at that.

Sherleen was right. There were doctors who could probably treat Cedric, but Cedric was so sick and dying that they did not have time to find another doctor.

If Sean did leave, they could only watch Cedric die and prepare his funeral!

"Mom, will you stop making things worse?"

Sherman said helplessly. Then he looked at Sean again. "Dr. Lennon, we've already apologized to you. My mother has also submitted to you. What will it take for you to treat my grandpa?"

Sean did not answer Sherman's question but looked at Clinton, whose expression was visibly ghastly.

Clinton instantly shuddered when he saw Sean looking at him.

He knew Sean was waiting for him to say something.

Clinton was humiliated and aggrieved, but what could he do but submit to Sean now?

Clinton had no choice but to walk over to Sean and slowly say, "Mr. Lennon, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have mocked you like that. I'm indeed not as good a doctor as you. I'll never go against you again..."
