"Fernando, didn't you tell me you were starting a hotel? Why haven't I seen your hotel yet?"

Freddy put a fat and greasy piece of meat into his mouth and spoke as he chewed it.

Fernando's smiling face darkened as soon as he heard this.

Freddy knew from Fernando's expression that something must have happened to make Fernando's plan fail.

"Is someone giving you trouble?"

Freddy asked, putting down his cutlery.

Fernando sighed, nodded helplessly, and said, "Freddy, don't you know that a stranger named Sean Lennon has come to Midwich and given me a hard time several times? I had given in to him, but he wouldn't let me go and humiliated me and the Jensen family at the auction.

"And because he stole East World Hotel, my plan to start a hotel and get into the hotel business failed.

"Freddy, I was going to let your men work as security guards at the hotel when it opened and give you some shares, but now it's over."

Freddy was instantly furious to hear this.

He slammed his hand onto the table, shaking the huge solid wood table and making the dishes shake.

"This Sean is f*cking daring!"

Freddy yelled.

Fernando was between laughter and tears as he said, "I agree. Sean's got a lot of guts! But Sean is a tough guy to deal with. He's rich and powerful. It's difficult."

However, Freddy sneered and said, "I don't believe a stranger from somewhere else can make a big difference in Midwich! Fernando, don't be afraid. I'll take care of this. I'll back you up! Sean stole East World Hotel, and I'll make him spit up every penny and give it back to you!"

"Thank you so much if that's the case. Freddy, I will be grateful when that happens!"
