Without further hesitation, the bearded man turned to a gangster beside him and said, "Call Freddy now and tell him to send over 1.8 million dollars."
The gangster gritted his teeth and pulled out his phone.
1.8 million was a lot.
The price Sean mentioned was far more than the loss he suffered.
Although the hotel lobby was badly damaged, repairing the place probably cost slightly over 100,000 dollars at best.
It would be 300,000 dollars at most if you include the compensation for the 20 female attendants.
Sean asked for 1.8 million, wanting to punish the gangsters.
"What's your name?"
Sean asked, looking at the bearded man.
The bearded man looked up at Sean and replied, "My name is Joe Greyson."
"You're pretty good, Joe. Would you be interested in working for me?"
Sean asked with a smile.
Joe looked at Sean in shock as if not expecting Sean to invite him.
After a while, Joe smiled wryly and said, "I now work for Freddy. I can't quit. If I quit, Freddy will go after my family. Besides, I'm doing fine now, so you don't have to worry about me."
"What a pity."
Sean shook his head but said nothing more.
Soon a gangster walked in from the hotel entrance with a briefcase.
He brought the 1.8 million compensation.
"Count them."
The bearded man opened the briefcase, and money appeared before everyone.
