The manager scoffed and began to fiddle with his pen when he heard that.
"Gentlemen, don't say it like that. After all, you've done so much, and I happened to record some evidence of what you've done. What do you think will happen to you if I hand out this evidence? Tsk, tsk, tsk, this involves invasion of privacy. You're going to be locked up for at least two weeks."
"I don't think you can afford to be locked up. I also don't want you to be wronged, so why don't we meet each other halfway?"
The manager showed no sign of fear as Zander glared at him.
He held up three fingers.
"300 thousand dollars. It's just the right amount. It's just the price of a meal for both of you. Am I right?"
The manager did not forget to emphasize. "After you pay 300 thousand, you can even come and go here as you please for about ten days. I promise that no one will disturb you. Besides that, I'm going to erase all records you have been here too. Everyone can have peace of mind. How about that?"
Zander gritted his teeth in anger.
He could see it. The cunning man wanted to scam them because they were rich.
He had always despised such people. He could not bear it when it happened to him.
Zander wanted to rush up and beat the manager up, but he had Sean beside him.
As long as Sean was around, he dared not do anything reckless.
"Mr. Lennon, what should we do?" Zander asked Sean.
"Whatever you want. Be quick."
Zander's face instantly broke into a fierce smile.
"That would be great."
With that said, he strode toward the manager and raised his big fist at him.
