Having acquired a tool to spy on the Lake family, Sean was in a good mood, and he worked out the next step.
"Mr. Lennon, I've got the information you asked for."
Zander knocked on the door and walked in. "There are two big shots in Ocean City's surveillance industry. One was named Devon Wundr. He doesn't have any notable background, but he has murky connections.
"The other one is called Conan Tatum. He had the Lake family as a backup.
"Devon's influence is a lot weaker than Conan's. Who do we go after first?"
Hearing this, Sean narrowed his eyes and tapped the table several times with his finger.
If he took control of the surveillance industry, he would virtually have a lot of eyes to monitor the Lake family.
"Find Devon and tail Conan."
Sean said and stood up. "Get the car and get my men. We're going to talk to Devon."
"Got it. I'll get it done right now."
...
Outside the lobby of Devon's office, the security guards responsible for patrolling saw more than 70 Hummers driving over, and they could not help widening their eyes.
A security guard gasped as they asked in surprise, "Holy cow, what's the occasion today? There are so many fancy cars. Which big shot is here?"
"I don't know!"
With all the security guards watching, Sean, who had gotten out of the car, said, "Move the parking barrier."
The security guard at the parking lot was scared to disobey Sean. He quickly obeyed Sean's instructions.
The security guards outside the lobby whispered to each other.
"Have you ever seen this man?"
"I don't know him! I don't think he's ever been here before, or I'd remember him."
