The store assistant sneered inwardly.
She wondered, 'Pick some clothes? The price doesn't matter?
'How dare he say that?
'Can he afford the clothes?
'He probably asked me to pick some clothes so the girl can put them on and take photos. There's no way they'll buy any clothes.
'Do I have to serve such a faker? It must be a joke!'
The store assistant immediately faked a smile.
"Excuse me, sir.
"We're a high-end shop here, and our clothes are expensive. Even the cheapest ones cost more than twenty thousand dollars. I'm afraid you can't afford it."
Sean glanced at the store assistant. "Do you think I don't have any money?"
The store assistant said with a smile, "No, I just think you need to act within your abilities."
The store assistant thought she was being tactful.
If it were not for the store rules when she could not lose her temper with the customers, with her character, she would have "invited" Sean and Kendra out.
"Mr. Lennon." Kendra gently tugged at Sean's shirt. "The store assistant is right. Let's not shop here. It’s too expensive.
"If you want to buy me some clothes to repay me, we can go to a regular store."
Just then, a fancily dressed woman entered the store.
The woman's face was full of disgust at the first sight of Sean and Kendra.
"Oh, look at this peasant couple."
Seeing the woman, the store assistant's face was immediately full of smiles, and there was no scorn like earlier.
After all, this woman could give her profit.
