The long-haired guy apologized. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'll settle it immediately. It won't be long. I promise."
As the car drove slowly toward Sean, the rich woman chuckled at the sight of Sean.
"Stop the car."
The long-haired guy's heart sank as he pulled over to see Sean and Kendra.
He felt awkward as he had just humiliated himself in front of Sean and Kendra earlier. He wondered why he ran into them again as he did not want to be humiliated again.
The rich woman got out of the car first and looked up and down at Sean and Kendra.
"What do you want?" Sean asked.
The rich woman replied, "Nothing. I just learned about you from this boy earlier."
The rich woman said and looked at Kendra.
"She's pretty, but she's only a plain Jane. There's nothing special about her."
"Darling." The long-haired guy got out of the car and quickly spoke.
"I'm really done with her. As I've explained to you, the only reason I spoke to them earlier was to get some revenge."
The rich woman snorted coldly. "Really? Are you sure you're not rekindling an old flame?"
The long-haired guy immediately explained. "No, no! I hate her. How can I ever love a woman who abandoned me again? You're all I want now."
"Hmph, I'll believe your nonsense for now." The rich woman pointed disdainfully at Kendra. "Woman, know your place. This guy is my pet. He'll do whatever I want him to do.
"If you do anything with my pet behind my back, beware of your little face being cut by a stranger."
The rich woman turned to look at Sean again. "Peasant, keep an eye on your woman. If she cheats on you, you deserve it."
As soon as she finished speaking, the rich woman froze in place and gulped.
Earlier, she had only glanced at Sean with disdain, not taking a serious look at Sean's face.
Every detail of Sean's face was imprinted in the rich woman's eyes.
Suddenly, the rich woman's face was full of smiles.
