Within a minute, the bartender returned to Sebastian with two plates of food in his hand.

Sebastian handed the bartender a few hundred dollars and walked to a dark corner with the food.

In the dim light, Sebastian could be vaguely seen taking a small bag of powder from his pocket and sprinkling it onto the food.

After doing all this, Sebastian glanced carefully around. Seeing no one noticed him, he walked toward the booth with the food.

He had no idea that Sean and Zander had seen what he did.

In Sky Room 2, Zander frowned and said, "Mr. Lennon, that guy added something."

"Yeah, probably some shady drug."

Sean nodded slightly.

Zander raised his eyebrows. "Shall I go down and stop him?"

After all, Millie was Fabian's daughter. If they helped her, things in Ocean City would be much easier for Sean in the future.
