"Really?"
Willow looked up slowly and suddenly recalled Lexie's phone call.
She was a little upset that Sean did not give her the diamond ring he bought.
It was not that she was after luxury items. She just subconsciously thought Sean had bought the diamond engagement ring for her...
"Of course."
Sean's eyes were full of affection as he helped Willow brush aside the messy hair on her forehead.
Willow looked into Sean's eyes for a few seconds, and something suddenly dawned on her.
'Did Sean not give it to me now because he's planning a surprise for me?'
The thought suddenly occurred to Willow.
The more she thought about it, the more possible she found it to be.
She seemed to have gotten a little carried away earlier.
After all, a diamond engagement ring should be used during the proposal.
Sean could not just toss her the ring without saying anything, could he?
If that was the case, the more Willow found that Sean did not understand women at all.
"Hmph! Who would choose you?
"I'm just trying to do my duty. You should rest."
Willow was secretly pleased but kept a straight face. Then she helped Sean dry his feet and left with the water.
Sean kept staring where Willow left with the water for a long time. Two minutes after the door was closed, Sean pulled back the covers and took out the box with the pill.
If Sean had had any hesitation earlier, it was gone after Willow washed his feet.
He knew that if the pill had any side effects, he would never stand up again for the rest of his life.
However, he was willing to take a chance for Willow.
Swoosh!
The small box opened, and a pill appeared.
