Super CEO Daddy And His Baby Triplets novel Chapter 53

Chapter 53 Envy

While standing by the bed, the three children observed Calvin feeding Jocelyn closely.

Tammy felt delighted because she always loved to see those touching scenes.

Sean was so moved that he wanted to draw a picture of how Calvin took care of Jocelyn.

He imagined Jocelyn and her children moving in with them if she and Calvin got married someday. He was happy to have three more people joining his family.

He really liked Tammy and thought she was adorable.

Sean didn't particularly like Jeffrey for reasons including his aloof demeanor and the strange way he spoke. What he hated most was that Jeffrey wouldn't let him hang out with Tammy.

Sean believed that if Jeffrey didn't exist, he could spend as much time as he wanted with Tammy.

All three children looked at them seriously as Calvin fed Jocelyn, which made her feel a little embarrassed. Jocelyn told the kids, "Jeffrey, Tammy, Sean, why don't you three hang out outside? I'm not over my cold yet. I don't want you guys to get sick too!"

Jocelyn's fever had subsided, but she still suffered from discomfort and a slightly runny nose. She worried that she would infect the children with the flu.

"Jeffrey, how about we go outside and play?" Tammy asked.

Jeffrey decided to stay in the room to watch them in case Jocelyn fell in love with Calvin.

Tammy took Sean's hand and said, "Sean, let's go paint!" as she could tell that Jeffrey didn't want to leave.

Sean nodded and ran out of the room with Tammy while holding her hand.

"Hey!"

Things happened so quickly that by the time Jeffrey realized what was happening, Tammy had already left with Sean.

Jeffrey was upset about this because he didn't say anything about staying.

He thought, "Tammy, how could you do this to me? I am your brother, but he isn't!"

Jeffrey pouted in discontent and dashed forward to catch up with them.

Jocelyn was almost done with her meal when the kids left.

Calvin asked her coldly, "Are you full? How are you feeling?"

"I'm full!"

Jocelyn thought it was the most incredible day ever because the most eligible bachelor in the city had just fed her lunch. She couldn't imagine anything more satisfying.

Calvin dropped the bowl onto the tray and grumbled, "No more of these childish tricks! I'm not falling for your ruses again!"

He then rose to leave.

Jocelyn stopped him and asked, "Where are you going, Mr. Austin? Don't you want to stay here with me?"

"I have work to do. You can play games here on your own."

Calvin handed her an iPad so she could kill time alone.

"Forget it. I'd better not do anything out of the line. It would be terrible if he became enraged and threw me out of the house!" Jocelyn thought to herself.

Jocelyn quickly adapted to her new surroundings and altered how she saw things. She could rest well at Calvin's house and was well cared for here. She planned to consider her revenge later when she had more free time.

...

Jocelyn and Calvin slept on opposite sides of the border that night, as they had agreed.

A "click" sound woke Jocelyn up in the early morning. When she opened her eyes, she found that Calvin was taking pictures of her with his cell phone.

"Hey! What are you doing? Why are you taking pictures of me?"

Jocelyn scrambled to cover her face by holding her head with her hands. Her unwashed face was bare of makeup, and her hair was unkempt, making her worried that the photographs he took would tarnish people's perceptions of her.
