Sweet Mischief's Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 919

Back at home, when the "enemy" sisters came face to face, Anya tried her best to blend into the background.

Molly pointed towards the backyard, "Meet at the usual spot."

Mia glanced at Anya, who was playing with her son and not paying attention, "Anya, you come out too."

Andre and Chad exchanged a knowing look, a single glance said it all, and both men smiled like they were in on some secret joke.

Henry, feeling neglected because mom didn't hug him right away, and neither Auntie nor Sister Anya played with him, pouted and clenched his little fists, starting to cry again.

Andre sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose as if trying to ward off a headache.

In the backyard, the three women sat in a tense triangle. Both sisters were fuming, while Anya looked like she'd rather be anywhere else.

"Mia, we've been through so much together. Sure, our friendship might spring a leak here and there, but it shouldn't sink. I can't believe you'd betray me."

Mia fired back, "Who betrayed whom first? If you hadn't betrayed me, how would my husband find out about my photo with Silas White?"

"Your photo with Silas White has nothing to do with my 'Daily Small Talks'!" Molly protested, feeling wronged. "I was just minding my own business, venting about Chad not buying me pork knuckles, and then bam, Chad catches me red-handed."

Mia retorted, "And right after I finished hanging laundry, humming a little tune, my husband confronted me about my photo with another man and making a heart sign. If it wasn't you, then who?"

The sisters stared at each other, baffled, their stories a complete mismatch.

Their eyes eventually landed on Anya, who looked guilty. Anya gulped and asked, "Auntie, do you know about the butterfly effect?"

She hadn't expected things to blow up like this.

"I just told Uncle that Auntie spent over a grand chasing some male celebrity," Anya confessed.

Mia turned to Molly, "And then you told Andre about my photo because of that?"

Molly replied, "So you set me up and told Chad about my 'Daily Small Talks'?"

"I didn't," Mia insisted.

"Neither did I," Molly added.

The sisters were at a dead end again.

Anya was completely lost in the chaos of accusations.

Mia slammed her hand on the table, "Let's start from the beginning; there's no way we can't figure this out."

Meanwhile, Chad and Andre stood at the window, watching the unfolding drama in the backyard, their eyes fixed on their wives.

Seeing Mia's confused frown, Andre felt a sense of satisfaction. Watching Molly's puzzled expression, Officer Chad was amused.

Only little Henry, held by his dad, peered curiously into the yard, observing the arguing women with equal interest.

Starting with Anya's explanation, "I tried pulling a Chad on Auntie, got caught by Uncle, and it all blew up. Later, I went to Chad for protection."

Mia said, "I was in class all day, only called my son at lunch, and didn't see my husband until evening. How could I leak anything?"
