The man's possessiveness was so ridiculous. It had been eight months since their divorce, and Scarlett couldn't believe that Raymond still treated her like she was his own property.

Earlier, Scarlett was happy for Alexis and Justin. And yet, all her happiness disappeared the moment Raymond kissed her.

Scarlett wondered what he was up to. Standing in the doorway, looking out at the gray sky, Scarlett called him back.

Justin was probably busy. He didn't answer the phone on the first call. Then Scarlett called him again. In about ten seconds, Justin picked it up.

"You called me earlier?"

"Raymond's secretary called me to meet with him today."
