Raymond didn't let go of Scarlett in about five or six seconds. "Do you have a late supper?”
Scarlett averted her eyes and answered softly, "Yes."
This was the first time she and Raymond had come out for a late supper.
Raymond stroked Scarlett's cheek and then leaned over to help her fasten the seat belt. Then he got out and walked to the other side of the car and started it.
The car drove slowly out of the hospital. It was not long before Scarlett saw a lively night food street.
Scarlett turned to Raymond, "Shall we park
nearby?" "Okay."
Raymond also saw the long street lined with snack stalls.
This area was so different from the hospital. It was quiet at the hospital, while here it was very busy and full of liveliness.
There was no parking lot nearby, so Raymond drove along to a square and parked there.
After the car was parked, the two got out of the car and headed for the snack stalls street.
The square parking lot was not far from the street. They just had to cross the street and walk two hundred meters to the right.
Across the street were a variety of snack stalls.
It was over eleven o'clock at night, a good hour for a late-night snack.
Scarlett asked Raymond, "Shall we have crab porridge?"
It was late. It was better to eat something digestible.
