As soon as Scarlett finished speaking, Lola's face turned pale.
Her words were on the tip of her tongue, but now she hesitated.
She knew that it all depended on Scarlett whether she could stay in the entertainment circle in the future.
So, although she didn't want to apologize, she came in the end.
"Miss Reed, I want to apologize to you."
Scarlett chuckled, "It's the first time I've seen someone apologize with such sincerity."
After a pause, Scarlett continued, "Just now
if my husband had reacted a little slower, I think we would have talked in the hospital now, and the next time we met, we would have been in court, right?"
Scarlett didn't say a word to scold her, but what she said was all meant that.
Looking at Scarlett who was sitting in the car, Lola couldn't understand why such a beautiful woman was so aggressive.
"Miss Reed, I didn't mean it."
"How long does Miss Harrell plan to stand here? Will I not be able to go home if I don't accept your request?"
Lola froze for a moment because it was not her intention, but she did have other thoughts. Just now, she rushed out to stop the car, thinking that if Scarlett's car hit her, she could use it to make a request.
She didn't expect that Raymond would slam on the brakes so promptly. It was so close. Just a little more, the car was about to hit her.
Now if Lola continued to stand in front of the car, it would be the equivalent of telling them that she was deliberately not letting Scarlett go.
Lola was not that bold. She looked at Scarlett for a while, then stepped aside.
Scarlett smiled, "Miss Harrell, thank you for being generous."
