When Alexis was discharged from the hospital, Scarlett ordered a bouquet of roses and brought them to the hospital to visit her.
Alexis originally wanted to cut ties with Scarlett for three days after seeing the raw fish salad Raymond cooked for Scarlett yesterday. However, when she saw the huge bouquet of red roses Scarlett was holding, Alexis immediately decided to resume her friendship with her.
It had been the third day since Blaze was born. And Blaze's wrinkled face had gotten chubbier. Alexis didn't mind her son's looks anymore.
Alexis didn't go to the postpartum care
center. When Alexis was first found to be pregnant, Justin recruited two experienced nannies and a nutritionist to take care of her diet. There were only two nanny rooms in her house. Plus Alexis' nutritionist, and there would be three people. Also, it would be inconvenient to let the nutritionist stay in the guest room of the villa.
Justin asked the two nannies to share a bedroom and give them each an extra $ 5,000 a month as the housing subsidies, which pleased the two nannies.
This wasn't Scarlett's first visit to Alexis and Justin's large riverside villa. When she looked out from the second floor, she could see the amazing view of the river.
Alexis knew how to enjoy life.
Scarlett turned back to Raymond and smiled a little. "You go talk to Justin. I'll go back to my room with Lex and sit for a
while." "Okay."
Raymond responded to her, then let go of Scarlett's hand.
Blaze drank milk and was asleep before he was discharged from the hospital. And two nannies were in the room to take care of him, so Alexis and Justin didn't have to babysit him.
Justin poured Raymond a cup of coffee. They didn’t know each other well, and neither of them liked to talk. At this point, the living room went silent.
However, the two of them had already gotten used to this silence, and no one felt awkward. And none of them wanted to break the silence.
