Raymond heard Scarlett's words and froze.

He looked down at the pregnancy test in Scarlett’s hand and saw two red horizontal lines on it.

Raymond knew what that meant.

He came to his senses after a long time. Then he raised his hand to carefully hug Scarlett. "Let's go to the hospital, okay?"

Scarlett raised her eyebrows and looked at Raymond. Just as she wanted to ask him why he seemed so calm, she lowered her head and saw his hands holding her waist were actually trembling.
