Breanna looked at the vase that was broken into two pieces, feeling upset, "Whatever."
Scarlett glanced at Alexander, walked out of the courtyard, and answered the phone, "Any news?"
"Yes, Ms. Reed, our vase is the genuine article. There is a pair. The original owner sold them to different people. One was sold to Mr. Vang and then purchased by us. The other one was sold to the previous chairman of the Rodosen Corporation. It's still owned b y him. There have been no transaction records."
Katherine said after a pause, "The original owner told Mr. Vang how to examine this pair of vases. The number of stamens of the second flower is the same a s that of the flowers drawn on the vase. I had an expert examine the photo you just sent over. It's fake and at most worth thirty thousand dollars."
"Okay, I see."
Hanging up the phone, Scarlett raised an eyebrow and looked back into the room. Tomas and Antony were downstairs.
From Tomas' expression, it was clear that he was very fond of this vase.
Scarlett tutted, wondering if Libby would be beaten.
She put the phone away and stepped into the room.
Antony came up to her. "Are you okay?"
Scarlett nodded, smiling at Tomas. "Mr. Jones, although I stumbled because Libby pushed me, the vase was accidentally broken by me. Don't worry, TH pay for it."
Hearing this, Libby almost jumped up. "What are you talking about? Did I push you? It's obvious that you lost your balance and fell yourself. If you don't want to compensate, just say it. Our family doesn't lack money!"
Breanna was shocked, looking at her daughter and then at Scarlett, feeling even worse.
If this vase was broken because of Libby's plot against Scarlett, this matter would be more difficult to solve.
