It was Raymond. Scarlett was surprised. Even the drunk Alexis was scared to hide in Justin's arms.
But Alexis was also excited, nestling against Justin's chest while winking at Scarlett. "Come on!"
Scarlett's mind was a blank. She and Raymond had been married for three years, but the most intimate thing they did was probably that he took her hand on the wedding day.
She didn't expect that three months after the divorce, she even bumped into Raymond with her hands on his shoulders. People who did not know what had happened between them might think they were a sweet couple.
Alexis winked so vigorously that her eyes were almost contorted. Scarlett glanced at her and quickly made a decision.
Raymond was six feet two. Scarlett was five feet six, much shorter than him. Yet she wore high heels today, so she stood on tiptoe and easily kissed his cool lips.
Immediately after that, Scarlett let go of him. "Just a little game. Don't get mad."
She curved her lips. Her voice was flat.
Scarlett took a step back, smiled faintly at him, and raised her eyebrows at Alexis. "Aren't we going to another club?"
Alexis was confused, wondering if it was only a fancy. That was so crazy.
Seeing Alexis stay still in his arms, Justin pulled her." Let's go."
Alexis raised her head. Scarlett had already walked away on her high heels, trailing the light pink skirt behind her.
"Okay."
Scarlett had been drinking, so she couldn't drive and had to take Justin's car.
Alexis was still in shock. Instead of sitting in the passenger seat, she ran to the back seat and stared at Scarlett, reaching out and touching her forehead. "You don't have a fever."
