Temptation From Her Ex-husband novel Chapter 478

Alexander thought, 'These two are so scary. Why do they both like looking at people in such a creepy way?'

Raymond ignored Aggy, lowered his head and asked Scarlett if she would like to give it a try.

"I don't think Ms. Reed has the guts to do that, Mr. Shaw. You're scaring her."

Aggy, unreconciled to the situation, walked over and spoke again.

But this time Raymond did not so much as glance at her.

Scarlett smiled, "Okay."

It had never crossed Aggy's mind that

Scarlett would agree. Her face stiffened momentarily. She then snatched a helmet from the hand of the man beside her. "How about we have a race, Mr. Shaw? It's been quite a while since our last race, right?"

Without even giving her a glance, Raymond kicked Alexander's leg and said, "Go and find Scarlett a helmet for me."

"Oh, okay."

Soon Alexander returned with a helmet, a pinkish one.

Scarlett took the helmet and thanked him. She was just about to put it on when she observed that Aggy was eyeing her with gritted teeth.

Scarlett lifted her eyebrows. "I don't know how to put this on."

She sounded very candid, and nobody could tell that she was lying.

Raymond took the helmet in a natural manner. Everybody present found the scene lovey-dovey.

They were just here to race cars. It had never occurred to them that they would be subjected to a public display of affection.

Raymond rearranged Scarlett's hair before gingerly putting the helmet on her head.

Alexander who had been watching from the side bitterly regretted having come here.

Why had he come here to endure this?

Raymond helped Scarlett put on her helmet and then put on his own.

When getting into her car, Aggy said provocatively again, "It surprises me you've become so craven at this age, Mr. Shaw. You don't even have the balls to accept a challenge from a woman now?"
