She shouldered the two women aside and walked over to the mirror. Looking into the mirror at the faces of the two women whose face had changed, she turned off the tap, pulled out a tissue and began to dry her hands unhurriedly. "First of all, thank you guys for complimenting me on my beauty."

With that she paused, tossed the used tissue into the garbage can on the side and resumed, "Second, bad-mouthing people behind their backs is not an honorable thing to do. Now I’m standing right in front of you. If you have more mean words to say, I'm all ears."

Having finished speaking, Scarlett looked at the two women in front of her with a half smile.

One of them, abashed and annoyed, snapped, "What a psychopath!" "Let's just ignore her and get out of here."

Scarlett had not come here to make trouble. She attended this party solely because she wanted to go along for the ride.
