Scarlett looked down at the ring on her hand. She was sunk in thought until Raymond came over and held her in his arms. She looked up at the man in front of her. "When did you get back your memory?"

Raymond touched her ring. His eyes were full of tenderness as he looked down at Scarlett with a smile. "Soon after you left Bomsville."

Raymond's eyebrows moved. His eyes fell on Scarlett's hand with the ring.

Scarlett suddenly remembered that more than two months ago, the night she had just returned from Bomsville, she was very anxious because Raymond didn't reply to her messages on WhatsApp. She didn't sleep well that night.

It seemed that something had happened to Raymond after she left that day.

Scarlett grunted. "What happened?"

Raymond gazed down at Scarlett for a moment. "There was a small accident that day."

"A small accident?"

Scarlett looked at Raymond with a faint smile. She didn't believe it.

Raymond caressed Scarlett's face, smiling wryly. "After you left that night, I came out of the company after a meeting and saw Orion's people on the way home. They were looking for me and holding guns. Joseph and Allen asked me to hide. They went to fight with those people. Later, someone found me. I was shot in the abdomen and fell before I could dodge. When I woke up after the operation, I remembered the past."

When Raymond said this, his face was calm, as if it were nothing serious.
