"I see." James sat having realized some things and said, "If that’s really what happened, then there’s nothing more for me to ask." Tobias sighed.

"James.I truly never intended to kill your family ten years ago.Despite everything, your grandfather and his family were Cadens.I’m not that cold-blooded.The people working for me misconstrued my orders, and it was too late by the time I realized and rushed over to Cansington.

"I owe you at least this much, so I’m trying my best to make up for it.I even have plans to let you take over my position and become the head of the Cadens in the future." James waved his hand dismissively and interrupted Tobias.
