No one believed James was still alive. They thought his message was a prank.

[What kind of sick joke is this?]

[Enter Mount Bane as we please? Finders keepers? Hasn’t this guy heard of the Overworld?]

Many interacted on the forum.

After posting the message, James did not immediately leave but instead stayed to observe their reactions.

Seeing that no one believed him, he scratched his nose.

Then, he posted another message.

[I am James Caden of Wyrmstead. I am still alive, and I have returned. On Mount Bane, I annihilated Matias Judah, the man who slaughtered dozens from the state of Japura and fought against many Overworld Outsiders.]

[I fought Xain Judah, Samarth Carter, Wynter Freya, Yandel Harlow, and Leandro Xamir to a standstill alone, thereby earning the right to enter negotiations with them. In the end, I managed to obtain many benefits for us all.]

James briefly described the situation on the forum.

The message dropped like a bombshell. In just a few minutes, many commented on his post. However, most of them indicated their disbelief.

Seeing that no one believed his words, James could not help but sigh. Then, he simply ignored the whole matter altogether. After all, he had tried his best.

“Mother.” James looked at Xandra.

Xandra was sitting on a rock while supporting her chin with her arm. Looking at James, she flicked at his forehead and said with a smile, “Your father’s a good-for-nothing, but you turned out to be a wonderful man.”

“Indeed, my father’s a good-for-nothing.”
