If anyone else had known James’ aspirations, they would definitely have been flabbergasted.
People who could form a second Ousia were already considered prodigies. It was rare for people to be capable of forming a third Ousia. Those who could develop a fourth Ousia were among the best of the best.
Cultivating nine Ousias was an astronomical achievement.
Yet, James wanted to cultivate a tenth one and break the universe’s record.
Even Ancestral Gods could not surpass the limits set by the Heavenly Path.
300 years had passed since James had entered the Azure Realm. He had been wandering around the planet all this time and stopping only occasionally to cultivate.
James and Nico encountered many dangers along the way.
Fortunately, Nico was powerful enough to deal with them.
“Where do we go next, James?”
Nico looked around, pointed ahead, and said, “That’s the only place we haven’t been to yet.”
James stood up and looked in the direction pointed by Nico.
The area ahead of them was cloaked in black mist, and it was impossible to see what was past it.
Even with their Divine Senses, they could not sense what has hidden behind the black mist.
James said, “That area seems quite unusual. My Divine Sense is unable to see through the mist. If my guess is right, that area might be related to the disappearance of the Azure Realm’s living beings.”
Nico said boldly, “Then let’s go check it out.”
“Alright.” James nodded.
After a brief discussion, the two rushed toward the unknown area ahead.
Then, they walked into the dark mist.
Light was completely blocked out of the area, and it was impossible to see what was ahead.
