Curious, James asked, “Why did the Saber Sect disappear?”
Waleria shook her head and said, “How would I know?”
James did not ask further since he could not get an answer.
The group continued advancing. Soon, they arrived at the Saber Sect’s main mountain.
From a distance, the mountain looked like a sharp blade inserted into the ground. It was surrounded by unnoticeable Sword Energy. Unless one were a peerless powerhouse, it would be hard to detect the Sword Energy around it.
James and his companions stood outside the main hall’s entrance, which had not been opened for countless years.
James walked over, raised his hand, and tried to push the door open. However, the door remained motionless.
He mobilized all his strength and attempted it again, but it was useless.
“The door’s incredibly heavy.” James withdrew his hand and stepped backward.
After examining the door for a while, Waleria said, “There’s a restriction placed on the door. Normal cultivators aren’t capable of opening it.”
“Is that so? How come I can’t sense the restriction?”
James scrutinized the door and tried to find the restriction. However, he was to no avail. To him, the door seemed very ordinary and was not emitting any powers.
Waleria summoned a few mysterious inscriptions from her palm. The inscriptions floated over to the door and submerged into it.
The door suddenly reacted. A few rows of words appeared and began circulating the door’s surface.
