‘With the positive reviews about my lecture circulating among the students, most of them would choose to remain with us as they look forward to the next lecture session. Xenia thought for a bit and gave a slight nod.

“Alright. I’ll get going then.” The lady bowed and excused herself, leaving James all by himself.

Soon afterward, James headed out to a quiet, deserted area within the Tempris House grounds.

‘I don’t have anything to do at the moment. Waleria, Saachi, and Wynton have all gone into seclusion. I just finished my meditation after an epoch. I donʼt feel like cultivating again so soon.’ James mused to himself.

A faint, greenish beam of light shot down from the sky and landed in front of James. Gradually, something seemed to take shape before Jamesʼ eyes. A few seconds later, an elderly man in a green robe stepped out of the beam of light.

James got to his feet. “Sir Lothar, what brings you here today?”

Lothar beamed warmly at James. The elderly gentleman was very pleased that James had accepted the position as the Head of the Tempris House. Even though James was only at the Permanence Acme Rank, the young man had nonetheless demonstrated great potential and leadership.

“I have a task for you, James.”
