After hanging up the phone, Henry immediately gave the order.

“Quick, send a helicopter to the top of Mt. Thunder. Also, give the order to seal off Southern Plains City and the 140 cities surrounding Mt. Thunder Pass. No one is allowed to leave without permission.”
