The ambulance was taking too long, so Linda decided they shouldn’t wait. She asked the driver to bring the car around and told Tyler, “Let’s not walt for the ambulance, Mr. Tyler. We can drive Olivia to the hospital ourselves. It’s really close by, just a short drive away. We shouldn’t hit any traffic now.” 

Tyler had only called for an ambulance, thinking the roads might be busy, but he quickly agreed with Linda’s plan and carried Olivia to the car. 

Linda followed them in the car. 

Tyler tried to calm Olivia down by gently pressing on her belly, saying, “It’s going to be okay, Olivia.” He took her hand in his, trying to keep her calm so she wouldn’t hurt herself more. 

Olivia had been holding onto her belly, feeling a bit better when Tyler held her hand, as if his warmth was helping. 

She whispered, “It hurts,” her eyes filling with tears. 

Tyler placed his hand over hers, wanting to make her feel protected. 

However, Olivia kept clutching her belly, so Tyler gently covered her hand with his, as if they were both protecting their baby. 

He reassured her, “Our baby knows we’re both here. Don’t worry, it’ll be okay.” 

Olivia was too upset to talk. She was still feeling pain, maybe even more because she was 

scared. 

Tyler held her close and whispered, “We’ll be at the hospital soon. We’re both here for you and the baby. Don’t be afraid.” 

Olivia managed a small nod, tears still streaming down her face, and whispered back, Okay…” 

Tyler hugged her tighter, but now he looked stern. Nevertheless, his tone remained. gentle as he kept comforting her. 

Soon, they arrived at the hospital. The medical team was ready and quickly started to take 

care of Olivia. 

She was afraid to let go of Tyler, but he comforted her, “I’m right here with you. Don’t 

worry.” 

Feeling a bit better, Olivia let the staff move her to a bed for examination, while Tyler waited outside the room. 

Linda came over and tried to reassure him, “It’ll be alright.” 

He looked at her with a terrifying expression. “Where’s Gina?”
