The Billionaire Who Stole My Heart novel Chapter 181

After he finished speaking, his legs turned to jelly, and he dropped to the ground.

Donna Dustin raised him, so he knew from a young age that though she seemed kindly, she was a strict disciplinarian.

Even after he married Julie and became the company's CEO, even though he was untouchable to others, he didn't dare to raise his voice in front of Donna.

People in the audience were buzzing with chatter.

Even Brittany didn't expect Donna to make him kneel.

Donna Dustin slowly propped herself up, and Robert felt the pressure piling on, then, three resounding slaps landed on his face, and Robert heard a ringing in his ears. A wave of shame washed over him.

Brittany didn't expect Donna Dustin to lay a hand on him either.

"The first slap was because you're ungrateful. Julie married you, but you didn't cherish her. Instead, you cheated on her during your marriage and drove her to her death. Even after her death, you tried to ruin her reputation. You’re truly a disgrace!"

"The second slap was because you're unappreciative. You let Brittany's stepmother bully her for twenty-four years. You're such an irresponsible father!"

"The third slap was for being unfilial. When I was seriously ill, you didn't care. You wouldn't even get tested to see if you were a match. You even threatened Bri's life, trying to squeeze every last bit of value out of her. You're absolutely unfilial!"

Donna was seething with anger, her eyes full of disgust, "People like you don't deserve to be my son, and you certainly don't deserve to call me 'mom'!"

Robert was shaking, "Mom."

He didn't expect Donna Dustin to sever ties with him. In his memory, Donna Dustin had always been by his side, raising him single-handedly.

He admitted that he was wrong, but those photos were real. He only wanted to force Brittany into submission and didn't really leave her to die.

He wouldn't refuse to get tested if the situation was critical.

"Donna Dustin."

A male voice sounded, and a middle-aged man walked over. He was a somewhat famous lawyer in Imperial City.

He respectfully greeted Donna Dustin, and she replied, "Go ahead and announce it."
