Having Monica there to chat with made Anastasia feel a lot better.
Maybe she was overthinking things. Herman didn't say anything, and just because she didn't bleed didn't mean she wasn’t a virgin. All she needed to do was stay true to herself.
"Of course, we're BFFs." Monica changed the subject, "Aren't you supposed to be at work? It's nearly ten in the morning; aren't you going to head out?"
Monica had no idea that Herman had punched Blake the night before.
