The CEO's Unplanned Heir novel Chapter 293

The little baby was a carbon copy of Kane. But deep down, she knew, he was not Kane. He was undoubtedly her other baby, Liam!

A sharp pain stabbed through her heart, and she leapt out of bed, her voice trembling as she r, [Who are you? What do you want?]

The stranger quickly replied, [Tell Leopold, his kid is with me!]

A wave of dizziness washed over Aurelia.

Her child was alive, not dead?

A knot formed in her stomach as she stumbled out of the room.

Leopold was in the next room over. He was a light sleeper, and the sound of the door opening instantly woke him.

Aurelia handed him her phone, "Leopold, it's Liam. He's not dead, he's alive. Someone took him!"

She choked back a sob, collapsing into tears. It felt as if countless daggers were stabbing at her heart.

Liam was still so small. Would those people hurt him?

The thought alone was enough to twist her heart into knots.

A murderous glint flashed in Leopold's eyes.

But his expression remained calm, as if he'd frozen his emotions.

"Aurelia, you need to stay calm."

Aurelia clung to his shirt, sobbing uncontrollably, "I can't stay calm. The midwife who helped me give birth is dead, clearly silenced. I thought she deliberately didn't save Liam, that she killed Liam. But she switched the baby. This must have been planned in advance. They planned to take Liam to threaten you. Will you save Liam? Leopold, will you save Liam?"

Leopold lifted her up and set her down on the couch, "I'll get to the bottom of this."

Aurelia curled up into a ball, knowing that the kidnappers weren't after money. But Leopold would never agree to unreasonable demands.

To him, Liam was no longer important, especially with Evelyn pregnant.

The next day, Kevin arrived.

"Our tech team has confirmed the photo was photoshopped. We dug up the child's body from the cemetery last night. DNA tests confirm it's the young master."

Aurelia's world shattered at the news.
