The CEO's Unplanned Heir novel Chapter 490

Ruby, a newly minted darling of the entertainment circuit, was the lead actress in this show.

Upon meeting Aurelia, she greeted her warmly. Indeed, Ruby was an observant and personable girl.

There was an unspoken hierarchy in the world of showbiz.

As a top-tier actor, Avery had good looks, talent, and connections and naturally sat at the top of the food chain. However, he had always been modest and low-key, never throwing his weight around, making him a favorite among directors and producers. Actresses also wished to establish good relationships with him, hoping for a chance to work together.

William made his way to the actresses' dressing room.

"Ladies, I've brought you lollipops, but they aren't just any lollipops. They'll leave your mouth smelling sweet with a fruity flavor, so you won't need chewing gum."

"Really?" The actresses laughed.

"Yeah." William distributed the lollipops to them.

He was always the life of the party on set.

A little girl around five or six ran over. She was a child actress on the set.

"Can I have a lollipop?"

"What flavor do you want?" William asked.

"Strawberry," The little girl answered.

"Here you go." William handed her the lollipop. "Girls who like strawberry are sweet, cute, and lively."

The little girl was overjoyed and gave his cheek a little peck through her face mask.

"What's your name?"

"William, and what's yours?"

"My name is Nellie." The little girl and William exchanged phone numbers on their smartwatches.

"Why are you wearing a mask?"

"It's my social shield. I'm a little raccoon today."

William mimicked a raccoon, making Nellie and everyone else laugh out loud.

Nellie brought over her script. "I'm playing the role of Joy. Do you think I can do it?"

William nodded. "Sure, you can. You look like a smart cookie. I can help you rehearse now. I often help my Uncle with his lines."

"Great." Nellie was thrilled, pulling him over to a bench to rehearse.
