The Deserted Rich Beauty novel Chapter 1959

Although Nicole knew where Clayton was staying in Liberty, it seemed a little too abrupt if she went there.

Moreover, she was unclear about the current situation. What if there was a trap there?

She was not too impulsive and knew to think about it.

Thinking about it, Nicole took a taxi.

"ST Corporation, please."

It would take too long to wait for Grant’s driver to come over now.

Thus, Nicole went straight to the office.

Perhaps then she could meet some acquaintances who were working overtime. The light was dim at night, so she could not see the taxi driver's face. However, she was vigilant enough to take note of the license plate number.

Nicole vaguely remembered the road to SF Corporation.

Seeing that the car was indeed going in the right direction, she was secretly relieved.

She was assured, so she looked down at her phone and sent Grant a message.

Nicole asked Grant to give her two extra days. She would leave Liberty in at most three days.

Grant was probably still angry because he refused to reply.

The taxi drove to the bottom of a bridge, so there were a few seconds of darkness.

Nicole subconsciously raised her head.

In an instant, the car shook. She suddenly felt another car hitting the front passenger seat

The taxi spun sideways immediately and lost control for a few seconds before the engine died.

Nicole was thrown to the side because of the impact. She finally sat firmly.

In the next second, she felt a chill on her face.

Nicole reached out to block it, but everything was blurry in the dark space.

She could not find a focal point.

Suddenly, a cold needle pierced through her skin.

Her chest sank and she instantly knew that she was in trouble.

Nicole wanted to open the door and escape, but before she could reach the handle, the door was opened from the outside.

Her consciousness gradually blurred, and her mind was dizzy.

In her last moment of consciousness, Nicole heard a man's voice and a shrill laugh.

"Ms. Stanton, welcome to Liberty!"

Nicole fell into a coma before she could see what that person looked like.

She somewhat regretted not letting Grant send someone to pick her up.

Clayton did not answer his phone earlier. Was he also in danger?

It seemed that Liberty was not at all peaceful.

A huge Libertian villa.

When Nicole opened her eyes, she saw the unfamiliar environment, :e#

The last scene before she blacked out instantly came to mind.

The feeling of danger approaching made her shudder.

Nicole sat up abruptly. Her head felt very heavy like it was filled with cement.

This room was not big. It did not have a window, and it seemed like a utility room, but there was a bed inside.

It also smelled musty.

Although Nicole felt uncomfortable, she could not care less.

She reached out to feel her body. Unsurprisingly, her phone was gone.

Her expression changed dramatically. She endured her body's discomfort and got out of bed.

Perhaps they were worried about her running away because her shoes were missing.

Just before she got to the door, she suddenly saw the door handle moving. Someone was opening the door from the outside.

Nicole raised her eyes slightly.

Seeing the oncoming person, Nicole narrowed her eyes slightly.

"Ingrid?!"

Nicole was in shock.

Ingrid was decked out in jewelry. She was even more extravagant than before when she was the arrogant Miss Ferguson.

The forbearance and introversion that Ingrid had when she was punished by Eric to be a shoe salesperson completely disappeared.

Ingrid raised her eyebrows slightly as she looked at Nicole, who fell into her hands, with a somewhat frivolous and charming gaze.

"I didn't expect that you’d still remember me. When I was sent out of Mediania, I was thinking how I can torture you if you somehow fall into my hands one day..."

Ingrid's voice was cold. There was a hint of restraint and joy in her eyes.

Nicole stood there silently with a slightly pale face, but her eyes remained calm.
