The Deserted Rich Beauty novel Chapter 2003

Eric's face gradually turned cold.

Everyone was waiting for Eric to make a choice.

In fact, they just wanted to see his expression when he made that choice.

That was because everyone knew who he would choose.

It was just that Eric, who was so invincible with no weaknesses, had to give up the woman he loved repeatedly. That kind of hurt made Angie feel happy.

Eric's love was not worth mentioning at all.

He abandoned Nicole time and time again. Was this not a form of self-torture?

However, every time, he had to force himself to choose the correct answer.

Every second he hesitated, Angie's face became gloomier.

"Do you still want to choose her? Since you've abandoned her before, why are you still hesitating this time? I’m much better than Caleb back then. He let her die, but I didn't."

"Is there a difference?"

Eric asked coldly.

"What’s the difference between you, Caleb, and Tyler?"

His eyes were so cold and gloomy that he could freeze others to death.

Angie pursed her lips. Her eyes flickered.

That sentence obviously hurt her.

There was no difference, but if Angie kept Nicole alive, why was Eric still hesitant about this small difference?

Was Nicole really that important?

Angie's smile was twisted.

"There's no difference, so you'd better make a decision quickly. The boat won't be able to leave when it's dark.”

The air around Eric was extremely cold.

The wind rustled the sails.

Eric stood there with the endless, deep, and dark sea behind him.

Nicole looked at him. The struggles and fear in her heart slowly disappeared.

Eric had no choice.

Nicole could not hate Eric for it.

Eric tried his best, just like when he brought his people over to rescue Nicole

when she was trapped on that uninhabited island.

The result did not seem to matter.

Eric hesitated and struggled for a while, and Nicole should be grateful.

Just when Quinn was so anxious that she started yelling at Eric for having no conscience, Nicole suddenly spoke in a calm voice.

"It's okay, Eric. You should choose your family. If it were me. I’d do the same, too. You don’t owe me anything. Even if I get into an accident here, you don’t have to blame yourself because it has nothing to do with you.”

Nicole knew that it was pure bad luck that she was caught, but she was also glad because if Eric did not deliberately hide her in the room on the cruise ship, she

would have l=c)

Tyler hated her, so he would definitely torture her.

This accident had nothing to do with Eric.

Eric and Nicole were so entangled with each other, but their relationship was so superficial that he should not hesitate.

Angie glanced at Nicole with a somewhat complicated look in her eyes.

Nicole stood there with her hands tied behind her back, but she looked at Eric with such a frank and pure gaze.

"But you must relay my message to my husband. Please ask Clayton to take care of himself and our daughter."

The only people Nicole worried about were Clayton and Chatty.

Eric looked at Nicole with gloomy eyes, but he did not show much of an expression. His eyes were complicated, dark, and even colder than the sea behind him.

He clenched his fists tightly.

Eric had a bad premonition. Looking at such a calm Nicole, Eric felt that she would disappear in front of his eyes in the next second.

Could he repeat the pain of the past again?

There seemed to be two forces in his body tearing at each other, making him choose.

Eric did not want to leave Nicole behind.

This was such a great opportunity to make amends, but was it not logical to choose his own mother?

After a long time, Eric looked at Nicole with dark eyes. He said in a dry and hoarse voice, "I'm sorry.

Eric owed Nicole too much in this life, and he was sorry.
