The Great Medical Saint novel Chapter 243

Silas looked at Matthew in surprise. "All the time. It's always kind of like this, but I'm the one who would get hit.

"I didn't think that you'd hit him and that he'd be scared off. Now I know that they can be scared, too. But they'll definitely get their revenge. You're not safe."

Matthew said nonchalantly, "Trouble will come anyway. Why should we tolerate him?"

Silas nodded. He was really happy seeing the associate dean get slapped. But when he thought of the potential trouble to come, he frowned.

When their neighbors heard that a child had dislocated his arm and gotten treated for free, more sick people came looking for Silas to help. None of their issues were serious.

Silas only prescribed medicines to a few of them. He sent most of them home to rest at home by themselves.

Baxter returned to the hospital. He gnashed his teeth, remembering how he'd been slapped in front of his officials. He called over the security guard, Joseph Lowe.

"A new clinic has opened in front of the hospital. Buy some of their medicine and then claim that it's fake. After that, smash the shop to pieces."

Joseph had done things like this before, but not in this manner. He would usually get someone to plant fake medicine in the clinic. After that, he would go to get treated, and use the fake medicine to report them.

"It's probably not the best idea to smash the shop, Mr. Paulson. I think the previous method was better."

Baxter said crossly, "Just do as I say. Bring a few men with you. Don't just smash the shop. You gotta beat up the owner too, and give it your all.

"Isn't your brother a medical representative? If I approve of the medicine that he's promoting, he'll receive at least a million dollars in royalties."

Joseph was overjoyed. "Thank you so much, Mr. Paulson. He was just venting about not having enough money to buy a house. With this money, he'll be able to marry and get a house.

"On behalf of him, I'm thanking you. I promise to carry out your orders."

The neighbors around Peace Clinic were witnessing Silas' medical skills. They spread the word that an eccentric doctor was charging low fees for really good treatments. As a result, more than a dozen patients came knocking.

A queue of about 20 feet formed outside the clinic. Matthew watched as Silas worked, affirming what he'd learned from his mentor about the Gugleni techniques.
