The Man in Power After Being Married into Her Family novel Chapter 2662

Charlie asked Faizal, "Don’t you have a unilingual practice here?"

Faizal shook his head and said, "If we were to be unilingual, we should be speaking Arabic. However, the composition of the opposition force’s soldiers is more complicated, and many of us do not speak Arabic." 2

"Some of these people have been living in other countries ever since they were young. Some of them lived in former colonial areas, so they have been speaking English or French ever since they were young. So, the language and communication between all of the soldiers are not entirely smooth and easy."

"Take me for instance. I actually went to the United States with my parents when I was very young, and I even got a green card. I served in the US Army for three years. I only responded to a call and came back t 0 join the Freedom Army just a few years ago. So, my command of the Arabic language is very poor, and I can essentially only communicate in English." 2

Charlie nodded. This kind of multilingual situation was just like India. A considerable number of Indians did not speak Hindi. Moreover, each state in India had its own official language. Also, since it was once a

British colony, English was one of its official languages.

Nevertheless, this kind of language confusion was very beneficial for Charlie. The more confusing the language landscape was, the easier it would be for him to mix in with the others. 3

So, Charlie told Faizal, "After we go in later, remember t o use your own judgment to act as the circumstances dictate. Do not let anyone get suspicious or find any clues at all."

Faizal hurriedly replied, "You can rest assured that I will certainly give it my best!"

Charlie hummed slightly before he pointed at the courtyard door and said, “Let's go in, then!"

"Okay!"
