Only Charlie could hear everything happening outside the door.
He recalled his experience when he had faced the Fujibayashi family ninjas in Japan. He could sense the movements outside with his keen senses. The enemies outside were using the shuriken as their weapon. It was the same weapon that Fujibayashi Aota had used at that time!
He frowned a little and scoffed disdainfully. "Hmph. It's the Japanese Ninja!”
Right after that, he quietly grabbed the Soul Blade in his hand.
Quinn overheard his mutters and asked in a surprise, "Charlie, what are you talking about? What Japanese Nin-"
Before she could finish her sentence, she was interrupted by someone suddenly kicking the door open!
Immediately afterward, Kazuo led seven Iga ninjas into the room.
As the two girls screamed in fright, Kazuo coldly ordered the ninja beside him, "Kill everyone here except for the women. Don't let them li-"
Kazuo was then unable to finish his sentence because when he looked up and saw Charlie sitting facing the door, he was s o shocked that a chill went down his spine!
Kazuo was soon overwhelmed by his fear and panicked a little. He trembled as he asked, "M-Master Wade?! Why are you here?!"
When the other seven ninjas heard him, they followed Kazuo's gaze and looked over. The seven of them were equally shocked and immediately knelt on the ground with a thud, bowing at Charlie.
During the Tomb Sweeping Festival, all of them had heeded Nanako's order and gone t o Mount Wintry to help Charlie. There, they had witnessed Charlie's terrifying power firsthand.
They had looked on as Charlie easily killed two of the four War Kings from Ten Thousand Armies. That scene still left them with a lingering fear!
Kazuo’s father, Hanzo Hattori, had led the Iga ninjas as their leader, and even he was not strong enough to be the four War King's opponent. Even if there were two or three Hanzos, they would lose against a War King.
However, Charlie had easily killed two war kings with no sweat. To them, Charlie's
strength was just like a god!
