Spencer and Xavion felt as though they were on the verge of death.
Their alcohol tolerance was only average. Thinking about drinking three big glasses in a row made them feel like vomiting before they had even touched the liquor.
Unfortunately, Charlie did not give them any leeway at all.
He glared at Xavion and warned him coldly, "What are you waiting for? Why don't you hurry up? Do you want me to pour you a drink?"
Xavion gnashed his teeth, and he stepped forward in a panic, opening one of the Moutai bottles with trembling hands.
Meanwhile, Charlie arranged the two glasses side by side and said, "Come on.
Pour the liquor!"
Xavion could only do as he was told, and he poured the two full glasses of the white spirit.
Once Xavion had poured the liquor, Charlie gestured to them and ordered, "Come on. Drink."
Spencer stared at the liquor in fright and spoke in a trembling voice, "Mr. Wade, I-I... I have high blood pressure and high blood sugar too... The doctor has repeatedly told me not to drink, so I must not drink alcohol... This is such a big glass, and... t-this will kill me..."
Charlie waved his hand, "Don't listen to the doctor’s nonsense. As people say, liquor is a grain essence, and the more you drink it, the younger you are." "Just look at you! You don't look young at all in your seventies. It looks like you don't drink much. Come and drink up first!”
Spencer said with a pleading face, "Mr.
Wade, I-I... I really can’t drink...”
Charlie coldly threatened with a stern expression, “What? Are you disrespecting me?"
