Such a title did accord him with some authority most of the time.

Ye Fan did not seem infuriated by Xur Jun-Lin's accusations. Instead, he simply smiled.

Do you really think the military's going to seek your advice and approval for their new plans and new units? I'll speak honestly. Your silly little soldiers are no match for them."
