Bruce frowned and grabbed her hair, pulling her up from the ground.
"Just what kind of wishing thinking are you harboring? Don't test my patience, or I'll make you wish you were dead."
Miya's hair was pulled tightly back and her neck was strangled to the limit. She could only stand on her toes unsteadily. Her hair was disheveled, her cheeks were covered in bruises, and her chin was covered in blood.
Even though she was in a sorry state, Miya still smiled evilly. "Bruce, how do you plan to make me beg for death?"
She snickered. "Mr. Everett, a strong man like you knows just how to deal with women, right?" Miya let out a shrill laugh. "How can your wife's weak body withstand a tough man like you?"
Smack! Bruce's expression changed and he gave her a tight slap.
"Do you really think I don't dare to kill you?"
Miya fell heavily to the ground. A bloody scrape immediately appeared at the corner of her lips. Still, she snickered. "If you kill me, you can lose any thoughts about finding your daughter.
"All of these people here, none of them will be able to survive.
"I'm someone who can be coaxed but not coerced. If you make me happy, I might agree to it!" Miya's eyes were still provocative.
Bruce walked forward slowly and bent over to pinch her chin. "I won't kill you. I'll make you feel worse than death."
When Miya heard this, a trace of disdain appeared in her eyes.
Most of the pain nerves in people like her had already been removed. Although they could feel pain, their pain nerves were much weaker than ordinary people.
A normal person might faint from the pain of having a tooth knocked out. However, to them, the pain of having their limbs broken was similar to the pain of a normal person falling.
Therefore, no matter what cruel methods Bruce used to hit her, she would not be afraid.
"Bruce, if you continue to be so rude to me, I will definitely make you regret it."
