"I get it now, don’t worry." Fane smiled and said nothing else. Instead, he looked at Helena indifferently, wanting to see what Helena would decide on. After all, not only did he help her stop Second Young Master Hunt from pestering her, but he literally saved her life last evening.

However, there were many fights between both families in the past, so he was curious to know Helena's choice.

"This belonged to them as they discovered it first. Why do you people need to take it from them?” Helena glared at Jay and the others before she continued, "Fane is a good person, and he even helped me at a very important moment yesterday. Let them have what they've earned!"
