Sounds of something cracking were heard from his surroundings, but Fane knew that it was the sound of Jed, Dwight, and Albion jumping down from the cliff without turning around. The trio was stunned for a moment, and their worried hearts eased slightly upon noticing Fane standing before them.

They were able to see clearly, and the exit was right in front of them. There was even more than one exit, too, and it seemed like escaping would be easy for them.
