Seeing that expression, Fane was not surprised at all. Instead, he felt like it was quite normal. As they walked into the inner region from the outer region, he had seen so many with looks like that. Rudy was clearly a bit uncomfortable. Those two were clearly not interested in Rudy and Fane.
Even if Fane had thirteen keys on him, and thirteen rings were glowing around Fane, the two of them still ignored Fane. Fane raised an eyebrow as he used the laws of space, disappearing from the spot as he appeared in front of them.
The skinny man and the small-nosed man were both shocked as they looked at Fane in alarm. The thin man immediately pointed his weapon at Fane, "What do you want?!"
Fane raised his hands in mock surrender as he said sincerely, "I don't have any intentions. I just wanted to ask you two things."
The small-nosed man frowned and said unhappily, "We have no interest in answering any questions, ask someone else."
After he said that, the two of them planned on circling around to continue forward. Fane was exasperated as he took out two pieces of purple gold the size of a thumb, "This is the fee."
The two of them were stunned. The skinny man raised an eyebrow, grabbing the purple gold quickly. He coughed and said, "Fine, what do you want to ask? Our time is limited. We don't want to stay here for too long, so hurry up."
Fane nodded, asking seriously, "What's the situation inside right now? Is it too bad for even those who are a bit skilled?"
The small-nosed man looked at Fane with a complicated expression, as if he was confused.
He coughed and said seriously, "I would advise you against trying to go in to try your luck, and this guy with you will probably be of no help. You'd just end up going in alone. The situation is incredibly bad inside. You'll be in great danger if you go in alone. I'll just tell you straight up, you'll die if you go in. There's no other possibility."
The man said that incredibly firmly. Probably because of the purple gold, there was a tone of sincerity in his voice. Fane nodded, asking, "Why is it so bad? Are the third-grade worlds and second-grade worlds fighting an open war?"
The skinny man sighed, "It's not just that. They're all crazy. Not a single person there is normal. For the sake of treasures, they're all going crazy."
To leave that place as soon as possible, the skinny man spoke very quickly. He told Fane about everything, and after he finished, Fane and Rudy both frowned.
None of them expected the situation to be that bad. Warriors from second and third-grade worlds already had a deep conflict with each other after everything that has happened. It was something that would never go away. They saw each other as enemies and wanted to kill each other. No one was willing to give way.
Even more, resources meant even more competition. There were many incredibly strong warriors in the deepest part of the inner region, and the fighting was even more intense.
