The Soldier's Unsurpassable Honor novel Chapter 3683

While Lourain was overtaken with fear, Marth was so excited he wanted to shout. The masked man had not been bragging at all; he was that strong! Marth was so excited that he did not know what to say.

After a long time, he said, "I guess I was ignorant. What you said before wasn't just empty words. I can't believe…"

As he said that, his voice shuddered a bit. The Seven Deaths Array had a very low rate of success. Warriors that were stronger than Marth had failed, and even if it was possible, their circumstances dragged them back.

Regardless, many warriors failed.

Marth had been hoping to luck into stronger companions, but he ended up with Lourain. On top of that, Fane was from a third-grade world as well. Before they entered the Seven Deaths Array, Marth had not been that hopeful and felt like his companions were just oddities. Yet, the person he thought was bragging was, in fact, truthful. Marth was lucky enough to have someone this powerful as his teammate.

With someone as strong as that by his side, they would surely pass.

Fane raised an eyebrow before he nodded at Marth.

Marth took a deep breath and said, "I was thinking that I was unlucky, but I can't believe I was just ignorant!"

Compared to Hestia where information was cut off, Marth came from a continent where information about the Whirling World was everywhere. Marth decided to enter the Whirling World with a goal in mind; he had to get into Violet City. Only by getting into Violet City would he not waste this trip.

He had never thought about entering a level-one city. After all, it was so difficult there. With his skills, he would just be dead meat if he entered. Violet City, fortunately, was slightly easier. Once he entered, he could keep himself safe if there were no accidents.

He thought that his dream was shattered. With this new twist of events, Marth was excited.

Fane raised a curious eyebrow at Marth's behavior. The man had been calm before this. Even when he argued with Lourain, he was not that emotional.

Right at that moment, Marth suddenly shouted, "Lourain! Didn't you say that Fane was bragging, running his mouth? Where did all that go now? You said that warriors from third-grade worlds were self-unaware pests. Are you going to keep saying that?"

Lourain, who had been hiding in the corner, felt his whole body tremble when he was called out by Marth.

Lourain looked up stiffly, gritting his teeth. If looks could kill, Marth would have died a hundred times over.

He felt like ripping Marth apart at that moment. Fane had not even been looking at Marth, but Marth brought up something old that pushed Lourain into the fire. "Marth, just you wait! I won't let you off!"

"What can you do to me?" scoffed Marth. "Are you going to kill me here? With just your skills? I'm just a bit weaker than you. Who knows who'll win in the end!"

Lourain's eyes widened in rage. "You dog…!"
