Darwin gave him wine in a glass of wine as Nate sat on the sofa. Nate accepts it and watches Darwin sit in front of him. Nate came to their building for business collaboration. As one of the highest profile in their town, Darwin invites him to become one of their investors. As Darwin's business was all made from underground companies, Huisen knows Nate will not accept Darwin's offer.

"First, I would like to congratulate you, Mr. Vowell. I heard that you're already married and that it happened yesterday." Darwin said. Nate smiled at him. He suddenly thinks a spy was in his pack or their visitors yesterday. Nate knows he didn't announce it to anyone except his pack and Margarett's clan.

"Really? How did you know that?" Nate smiled at him. Darwin put down his glass and crossed his legs.

"A friend of mine told me." He said. Nate just nodded in response. His instinct was right, 'So there is a spy, huh.' He said in his mind.

"Anyways, let's talk about the business I am telling you." Darwin changed the topic. Nate put down the glass he held, not drinking even a tiny amount of the wine in the mirror.

Darwin just smirked as he saw how Nate put down the glass he offered to him.

"Mind if I ask, what kind of business are you referring to?" Nate asked.

Darwin signaled Huisen, who, beside him, Huisen gave him the documents he was holding.

"La Luna von de Howl," Darwin answered Nate's question. He simply put the file before Nate and leaned against his chair.

"As expected, it was an underground business," Nate said. He didn't take a look at the file, he knows already from the name of the business itself that it's an underground business and illegal.

"Well, I know you wouldn't want to accept this offer since my pack researched about you," Darwin said, smirking. "But if you change your mind, you can call me anytime, Mr. Vowell," Darwin said. Nate laughed as if Darwin tell something funny to him.

"You must be kidding me," Nate said, looking at Darwin's eyes.

"I guarantee your pack's safety if ever you accept my proposal," Darwin said.

"No need for that; my pack is safe," Nate said. Darwin laughed this time.

"We all know after what happened between your pack and the Vougch clan, Mr. Vowell," Darwin said. Nate suddenly stopped as he heard what Darwin said.

"We both know that someone dies during the clan war," Darwin added. "We both know that the Vougch clan will return to take revenge," Darwin said. He now manipulating the situation; the truth is the one who really takes the revenge is Beatrice, not the Vougch clan, he just using the clan's name to scare Nate.

And his plan didn't work as Nate is a genius Alpha from the white clan. His name will only be famous if he is smart enough. He knows that this manipulation will happen, so to guarantee the safety of his pack, he marries Margarett, the Beta of Qeiver, the alpha of the Vougch clan.

"I do appreciate your kindness and concern about my pack," Nate said, smiling towards Darwin. "But, as I said earlier, my pack is safe." He told Darwin's smirk faded as he heard Nate's words.
